![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I got into black and white photography about two and a half years ago, when I bought my first (and still only) 35mm SLR camera. I've since built a darkroom in my apartment, from which I develop all my film and make all my prints. I won't sound all trite and melodramatically say "It's my passion" - though I am passionate about it, and love everything about it. I've sold a few prints, but I really do it because I love the notion of capturing a moment, whether that moment involves the look in someone's eyes, or the way light hits the lines of a building or the human body, or the way rocks are arranged on a beach. Photography allows a person to see the world through someone else's eyes - it provides a window into someone else's world. How can one not appreciate that?
